Where is Raahgir located?

We are located in Panchavati, the oldest and the most central part of Nashik, at a walking distance from Godavari ghat and the temples of old Nashik. 

What are the check-in/out time?

Our check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 11 am, early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and charged extra.

Can I store my luggage outside check-in/out times?

Yes, you can keep your luggage at the property after you check out, make sure to pick it up on the same day, we do not allow luggage drop off overnight. Please make sure that you are responsible for your own personal belongings.

Can guests under the age of 18 stay at Raahgir?

We do not accept bookings from anyone below 18, unless they are accompanied by an adult. If you wish to bring anyone who is under 16 years of age, you must book a private room. 

Do you accept bookings for a large group? 

Yes, we can accommodate a maximum of 12 people if you book all the rooms. (We can also provide extra mattresses for an additional fee).

Are you well connected?

Yes, we are well connected and easy to reach by local city buses, autos and cabs.

Is Raahgir a hotel?

No, Raahgir is a homestay/hostel, we have a total of 5 rooms in the apartment and you will be booking individual rooms.

Is there a kitchen?

Yes, there is a fully equipped  kitchen to use, all guests are required to clean the kitchen after use and the cooking of non-veg is not permitted, although it can be ordered from outside. The kitchen, common area, and the terrace are commonly used by all our guests and the host.

Are the washrooms attached to the rooms?

No, they are not attached to any of the rooms, and are shared, there are total three washrooms in the property and they are just outside of your rooms. We maintain them squeaky clean throughout the day!

Do you provide room service or luggage services?

Sorry, we are a homestay/hostel and we don’t provide room or luggage services.

 

Can we have parties or events and consume alcohol at Raahgir?

We do not allow parties or events inside the property, also consumption of alcohol, drugs , tobacco, and any other narcotics is strictly prohibited. If any guests found doing so, he/she will be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund.

Do you allow smoking at Raahgir?

There is a designated smoking zone up on the terrace. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or anywhere inside Raahgir.

Do you have parking facilities?

We have enclosed parking for two wheeler, but we do not have a private parking for four wheeler (but there is an open space just around the building where you can safely park your vehicle).

How to confirm my booking?

We charge a 100% advance for confirming your stay with us. You can pay us by cash, UPI or credit/debit card, (Please note, card payment will be charged 3% / 4% extra of the total amount for Indian / foreign nationals respectively).

What is your cancellation policy?

Changes can be made to your bookings 7 days before your arrival, after that the bookings cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

How long can we stay at Raahgir?

You can make us your home for a maximum of 30 days, (For which there are  discounted rates). Please contact us directly for bookings.

Is it necessary to provide ID proof at check-in?

Yes, all our guests are required to submit valid ID proofs at check-in, according to the government regulations. For Indian nationals the ID accepted are passport, aadhar card, driving license and voter ID card. PAN card is not accepted.

For people coming from other countries we will need your passport and visa at check in.

Do you allow visitors at Raahgir?

Outside visitors are not allowed at Raahgir.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, its free and is accessible throughout the building.

Do you serve breakfast? 

Yes, we do provide home cooked vegetarian meals on pre order basis. (Additional fees applied).

Do you provide fresh linen/towels and toiletries?

Fresh, crisp and regularly cleaned linen is provided in every room.

Towels and toiletries are included in our private rooms, if staying in a dorm, such items can be requested for an additional fee.

I forgot something at Raahgir can you send it back to me?

Yes, shipping charges applied.
