Arrivals departures and stay

  • Check-in time at Raahgir is from 2 pm check out time is 11 am. Please note that there is an additional charge for an early check in before 8 am and is based on availability.

  • Long stays are allowed for a maximum of 30 days.   

  • Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, we have lockers in the dorm room. 

 

Bookings

  • Prepayment of total amount of your booking is mandatory for confirming your reservation.  Bookings can be requested via our website, you can directly contact us on the given contact number. 

  • If you are travelling in a group we will allot private rooms to you. Our dormitory is reserved for solo travelers.

Cancellation Policies  

  • Non-refundable rates: Your booking will be confirmed only after we receive the entire amount in advance. We have a 7 day cancellation policy, any cancellations done before 7 days of your arrival is refundable. Your booking is non refundable if you notify us any less than 7 days before your arrival date or in case of a no show.

Fees and Payments 

 We accept the following payment methods.

  • UPI transfer

  • Card payments

  • Cash payments

Please note an additional charge of 3% / 4% on the total amount is charged extra for card payments for Indian/foreign nationals respectively.  

Raahgir rules 

  • Any guests found using drugs, drinking alcohol, or chewing tobacco or any narcotic substance will be asked to leave the hostel without a refund.

  • Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, if found smoking inside the rooms, a hefty fine of INR 1000 will be charged.

  • If any of our guests behaves in a way that compromises the comfort, safety and security of other guests at the property, our staff or our neighbours and local residents, it won’t be tolerated and the guest will be told to leave the hostel without any refund.

 

  • We expect our guests to respect fellow travellers, as well as our staff and local residents around the property.

 

  • Raahgir is our home and we try to maintain it as clean as possible. 

 

  • Guests are expected to pay the hostel for any damages caused by them during their stay.

 

  • Guests are requested to avoid wearing outside shoes inside the property to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our home.

 

  • Nonresident guests are not allowed inside the premises.

 

  • No pets allowed.

 

  • No food inside the rooms, you can use the common area for eating food.

 

  • Parties, events and playing loud music is not allowed inside Raahgir, we requests all our guests to keep the volume low and use their headphones after 10 pm, to avoid disturbing other guests at the property.

 

Personal Data 

Your personal data is confined for professional use only, we won’t be sharing it anywhere outside of your knowledge.

 

Booking extension policy

Extension of your booking period would be provided on current room rates and are subject to availability. Current room rates may vary from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
